Gin & Apple Liqueur

Sloeberry Spirits has attended the Bramley Apple Festival in Southwell Minster for several years, having seen some of the other exhibitors with apple products, we thought we would join in the fun.

Made with Russet apples, this liqueur is only 17% vol, with a nice apple flavour, with slight acidic notes. It is also has slightly cloudy appearance. We could have filtered the liqueur to give it a polished appearance, but that would have removed a lot of the lovely apple flavour
