Limited Edition

Just a little fun, we were looking for fruit to create a limited edition liqueur and decided on redcurrant, but just for "laughs", we also got hold of something different - Chuckleberries.

Chuckleberries are the fruit of a hybrid fruit bush- created by crossing a redcurrant with a gooseberry and Jostaberry (itself a hybrid of a gooseberry and blackcurrant).

Adding the fruit to gin produced some interesting fruity flavours.

The Gin & Redcurrant turned out pretty good as well.
