Gin & Chuckleberry Liqueur
We just loved the name, so what else could we do but make a liqueur from it.
Chuckleberry is a redcurrant crossed with a gooseberry and jostaberry (itself a hybrid of a gooseberry and blackcurrant).
Steeping this fruit in gin, with some sugar, gives us a liqueur with interesting flavours. Great drank neat over ice.
