Gin & Damson Liqueur
Every Autumn, the vibrant blue damsons bring a splash of colour to the trees for a short time. When juicy and ripe, the damsons are carefully hand-picked, then steeped in gin. The result is a delicious rich and luxurious alternative to sloe gin, with interesting flavours of dark and rich damson throughout, with more than a hint of almond to finish.
Delicious with a dash of lemonade or in a hot warming winter totty during the winter. Try adding it to champagne for a Kir Royale style drink.
